Abstract
Anthropology qualifies as an epistemological science in three crucial categories. All anthropological study presumes an epistemological method, as it is a controlled, self-critical and objective observation process. It is reflective, with observation distanced from interaction. Anthropology is also a system to explain reality, the primary component of epistemological thought.
