Poverty and Rights: Social and Economic Rights as Human Rights

Abstract
Social and economic rights are examined as aspects of human rights. It argued that social and economic rights are attainable, that extreme poverty violates these rights, and that there is an imperative and priority to work towards the elimination of poverty and injustice.
