Philosophers associated with the ‘Cambridge School’ emphasize on rule of law, mutual benefit, class equality and non-control in Machiavelli’s political thought. These scholars reinforce the republican model planned by Machiavelli’s distinguished interpreter Guicciardini allows common people to approve but not decide government policies.
