Class Politics and the State: Lenin and the Contradictions of Socialism
Author(s)Ehrenberg, John
AbstractThe decline of the conceptions of communism occurred due to its separation from the traditional orientation toward the state and its consideration of the politics of identity. The history of the socialist movement was ignored, which caused communism to be an independent political course. Lenin’s theory was related to Marx, Engels and the Russian Revolution, and contradictions developed among the socialist projects.
