Abstract
A study on how human resource professionals viewed work-family conflicts reflected their more liberal views regarding work-family and sex roles and their reservations about corporate or government intervention on such issues. Other findings showed gender-based differences in attitudes toward work-family issues among the survey participants. Organizations should therefore consider the composition and gender of its human resources policy makers and create training programs to address work-family concerns of its employees.
