Titans of the Enron Economy: The Ten Habits of Highly Defective Corporations
Author(s)Klinger, Scott; Sklar, Holly
AbstractThis article describes the wrongdoings associated with the Enron scandal in terms of the negative externalities it imposed on others. The chapter examines ten habits that caused these externalities to occur, which are all common in corporate America. The author also offers a ‘ten-step program’ to break corporate addictions to such habits and prevent future debacles.
