Some International Aspects of the Problem of Economic Development

Abstract
This paper discusses the circular relationships that affect both the demand and supply side of the problem of capital formation in economically backward areas. It discusses some international aspects of the difficulties on both sides. The author argues that strenuous domestic efforts in the field of public finance will be necessary to address these issues.
