Abstract
Analyzes the negative impact of rent and circulation economies upon the successful industrialization process in the Middle Eastern Arab states, and compares the circulation and production systems favoring or precluding industrial development. Examines their strategies of state formation through industries, stressing the concepts of internal power and external strategy.
