Untangling Evolution
Author(s)Barr, Stephen M.
AbstractThe theory of evolution should not create intellectual difficulties in Christian or Jewish belief because the existence of the universe precedes evolution. God brought all things into existence through creation, including the common ancestry of life on earth. The concept of divine providence means God created all things, but it does not necessarily include divine intervention.
