Author(s)Kalirajan, K. P.
AbstractThe objectives of this paper are: (1) to suggest a method to measure disguised unemployment, and (2) to empirically estimate disguised unemployment of labour in the Philippines agriculture, using the suggested method. The following section discusses the conceptual model and estimation procedures to arrive, at a measure of disguised unemployment. The workability of the suggested method of measurement is then demonstrated in the next section.
