Justice and Equality
Author(s)Regan, Tom
AbstractRegan explores the principle that if two individuals are treated differently, justice will only exist if there is a morally relevant difference between those two individuals. Regan examines three possible interpretations for justice: perfectionism, utilitarianism, and the equality of individuals. He rejects the first two in defense of the third.
