Life-Style and the Standard of Living
Author(s)Bliss, Christopher
AbstractThe author provides a background for the “antiglobalization movement” and disputes a number of misconceptions, including the idea that the movement is against globalization per se. The author argues that the movement is anti neoliberal globalization, which is limited to the free flow of commodities and hinders the flow of people, information, and ideas. The author also discusses the movement’s unique approach and emerging organizational structure.
