Comparing Policy Process Frameworks: What Do They Tell Us About Group Membership and Participation for Policy Development?

AbstractThe advocacy coalition framework (ACF), bureaucratic politics framework (BPF) and institutional analysis and development framework (IADF), which are used to view the policy development process, are examined. The results shows that membership and participation are best explained using the ACF and the IADF framework.
