Citizens, Residents, and Aliens in a Changing World: Political Membership in the Global Era
Author(s)Benhabib, Seyla
AbstractIssues concerning the relationship between a state’s military policy and the equality afforded to women in the state are examined, focusing on the hypothesis that a state that grants equality to women may be less militaristic than one that does not. Researched variables include women legislators, suffrage, and number of women employees in the state.
