The Problem of Global Justice
Author(s)Nagel, Thomas
AbstractThe concern about socio-economic justice by focusing on the application of two central issues of traditional political theory such as the relation between justice and sovereignty and the scope and limits of equality as a demand of justice is discussed. It is indicated that the two issues are related and of crucial importance in determining whether an intelligible ideal of global justice can be formed.
