A Case for Particularism in Public Administration
Author(s)Melchior, Mary Beth; Melchior, Alan
AbstractIssues concerning the relationship between a state’s military policy and the equality afforded to women in the state are examined, focusing on the hypothesis that a state that grants equality to women may be less militaristic than one that does not. Researched variables include women legislators, suffrage, and number of women employees in the state.
