Russian Public Policy Centers: Experience and Prospects
Author(s)Rimskii, V. L.; Sungurov, A. l.
AbstractThe activity of groups like “public policy centers”, which are groups for the “defense of democracy”, is one of the conditions for strengthening democracy, especially as social processes accelerate and become more complicated. The importance of such intellectual groups in reviving and strengthening democratic traditions is shown by the East European experience with the transition from authoritarianism to democracy.
