Islamic Law and Ethics
Author(s)Kelsay, John
AbstractIslamic juridical tradition is an interesting focus of study for those delving into religious ethics. The three central disciplines of classical Islamic tradition have interesting implications for issues revolving around religion, society and public order. A double-sided view of religion in public affairs is given to mean that religion has political implications which cannot be ignored.
